Meet The Face Behind First Contact: Security Training and Personal Safety
I’m Earl “Erron” Doering, the proud owner of First Contact: Security Training and Personal Safety.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I was passionate about protecting people, so I became a nightclub security guard in 2003. I gained valuable experience in specialized security protocols, and as time progressed, I got the opportunity to broaden my horizons and enter the law enforcement field.
In 2009, I began working as a federal peace officer with the Correctional Service of Canada, which was an eyeopener. During my travels serving at a couple penitentiaries across the country, I realized that there was a growing demand for general security education and force training.
At the time, training was only offered in more prominent communities or online, and I felt that Central Alberta desperately needed a center to train upcoming security professionals. It inspired me to launch a security training and personal safety center in 2015.
Over the past five years, I’ve noticed that technology is always changing how my business operates. Hence, I continuously update my knowledge about the latest cameras, alarms, and general security devices, which has built up my reputation.
I work with transparency, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honest feedback. Besides, while empowering students, I show them loyalty, which creates mutual trust and sets them up for success.
Consequently, It’s rewarding to see my students on the streets working, just a few weeks after I’ve equipped them with the appropriate training.
I’m committed to offering excellent training, and in this endeavor, I introduced a protection services division to the company in 2018. It has so far been the most memorable moment in my journey.
When I’m not conducting security training for clients, I love spending quality time with family and friends.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a security guard company in Red Deer, AB, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.firstcontacttraining.ca.
Sincerely,
Erron
